since tumblr is fucking dead, i might as well start blogging about my health so that i can just keep track of shit. i’ve been averaging 4-5 miles when i go jogging, which means i’ve added one to two miles since i started this “journey.” i’d like to see how many more miles i can gradually tack on as i build speed. i also plan on starting to bike because the trail is just so close to me and it’s an entirely different workout.
